You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept physical returns of snack products.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, please provide:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue (e.g., damaged product, incorrect order, quality concern)
- Photo(s) of the product and packaging, if applicable
How to Request a Refund
Simply contact our Customer Care team at hello@hapinest.com within 30 days of your purchase. We’ll review your request and process your refund to the original payment method once approved.
Exclusions
Refunds are not available for:
- Orders placed more than 30 days ago
- Products that have been fully consumed (unless defective)
- Issues unrelated to product quality or fulfillment

Damages and issues
